Social Dialogue and equality in Companies, a project developed under the scope of the EQUAL Community Initiative, aims at responding to the needs felt by companies regarding the recognition and identification of sex based discrimination situations and in the promotion of gender equality. With this aim, the following instruments were developed: Self-evaluation Guide on Gender Equality in Companies; Training Referential on Gender Equality for Consultants and Auditors; Solutionary - an instrument for the promotion of good practices in gender equality in companies. In this article, the framework, the objectives, the methodologies and the results of the Project are presented, building on the respective products.
