This paper describes the trajectory of the journal Feminist Studies, one of the most important Brazilian journals in the field of feminist studies and gender studies, since its creation and initial production in Rio de Janeiro, to the present, in its publication in the Federal University of Santa Catarina, in Florianópolis, in southern Brazil.
