This article aims to approach the analysis of Culture of Gender inthe educational context in a secondary level as an aspect related to sexism in these institutions. From the perspective of Doing Gender Model, proposed by Candance West & Don Zimmerman (1986), culture of the organisations are analysed from the perspective of gender as a process - unique and contextualized - of construction of meanings between women and men. Following this theoretical line and the instrument developed by Concepción Mimbrero (2014), the Culture of Gender was analysed in secondary schools from Madrid and Seville.
