The practice of physical activity is a recommendation of the World Health Organization because of its benefits to health and quality of life. Among the activities planned in the literature, physical adventure activities in nature sounds be more effective. The objective of this work is to verify the answers of mood state before and after a practice of Ecofitness by adult tourists. This is a field study with a sample of 41 individuals of both genders, Ecofitness practitioners. For the analysis of mood state we used the POMS Profile of McNair, Lorr, e Droppleman (1971), Portuguese version by Viana, Almeida, e Santos (2001) proposal. The questionnaire consists of six variables divided into 42 words that describe daily feelings. The Ecofitness activity consisted in a walk of six (6) Km per six(6) hours in a uphill and downhill land. The questionnaire was administered before and after the walk. The study use the Student's t-test and the results were grouped individually among the six variables measured. The four variables that showed significant differences between pre and post-test values decreased. The vigor variable did not show a significant difference in pre and post-test, however showed higher values. The female sample showed the same results as the group as a whole. The male sample showed highly significant differences (p <0.01), for Tension/ Anxiety and significant differences (p <0.05) in Hostility / Anger and Confusion.
