The responses were analyzed with IRAMUTEQ software, trought Descending Hierarchical Classification and Factor Analysis. The results indicated three major classes of EAA concepts. It was verified a more evaluative and reductionist discourse (classes 2 and 3), especially among those who do not use such substances; and the mention of quick anabolic effects (class 1) in the discourse of those who use or have used EAA. At the end, it discusses about the EAA improper use, being more relevant when considering the pressures sociocultural that encourages the beautiful and discriminates those who flee to the beauty standard.
