SCHMIDT, Maria Luiza et al. Workplace clinic with readjusted teachers in the psychodynamics of work approach. Psic., Saúde & Doenças [online]. 2020, vol.21, n.1, pp.22-28. ISSN 1645-0086.  https://doi.org/10.15309/20psd210105.

Occupational rehabilitation results from situations in which the worker loses the ability to perform work activities due to limitations arising from accidents or illness. It is a complex process permeated by multiple psychological aspects that can trigger diversified reactions characterized by subjective conditions of the worker. Objective: This work aims to develop a listening group space for readjusted teachers. Method: Three-hour sessions take place monthly and are held by the Worker´s Health Care Center - UNESP, Assis Campus - SP. The subjects are Elementary and High School teachers from the State of São Paulo who have become ill and are now readjusted. The speech analysis is based on the technique of clinical listening, using the Psychodynamics of Work described by Christophe Dejours as reference. Results: It has been possible to identify and understand the aspects of the dynamics faced by participants in their work contexts in order to contribute to the promotion and construction of sensitive listening to give voice to supplanted complaints regarding the return to work. Conclusions: Group space has demonstrated to be an embracing place in face of helplessness and loneliness feelings as well as fragilities and resignification of work by the participants.
