The School Health Program contributes to an interdisciplinary perspective on adolescent’s well-being. This study’s aim was to analyze the relationship between health factors, subjective well-being and school environment attachment in adolescents. It is a quantitative and qualitative transversal descriptive type research. The sample consisted on 43 adolescents between 14 and 18 years old signed in a private school in northwestern Paraná. To assess subjective well-being and attachment to school, the Affects Scale and the Attachment to Place Scale were used. In the Affects Scale, the median score for negative items was 1.93, while for positive items, the median observed was 3.14. It was observed positive affections prevalence: happy (60%) and fun (58%), in relation to negative affections, the prevalence was: worried (37%) and impatient (30%). The places of greatest attachment at the school were the seven-treetop tree and the gym, which shows the relevance of natural spaces, socialization and leisure. It is concluded that the school environment can be a generator of life quality and affection for adolescents. Incentives for interdisciplinary actions in this context can provide a good place perception, health and subjective well-being in school adolescents.
