This article seeks to disseminate the results of 2020 as part of the ongoing implementation of the 100 RISCOS project, developed by the Associação para o Planeamento da Família - Madeira (APF - Madeira), with the support of the Gilead Génese Program. The project aimed at implementing the rapid test for the diagnosis of Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV / AIDS) in the Madeira Autonomous Region (RAM), and more recently in 2019, also included the implementation of the rapid test for Hepatitis C Virus. Sexual and Reproductive Health services were made available free of charge and confidentially, with emphasis on rapid HIV and HCV diagnostic tests, pre- and post-test counseling, signaling and referrals, and health awareness and education activities. 72 diagnostic tests for HIV and 75 for HCV were carried out in community context, with the highest number of cases being female gender, living in Funchal and of Portuguese nationality. The predominant age group was 49 years or older, with heterosexual individuals being the ones who registered the highest number of demands for tests. Unprotected sexual intercourse is highlighted as the predominant risk behavior and reason for performing the rapid tests.

Keywords : HIV rapid test; HCV rapid test; diagnosis; Prevention; Intervention; Sexual Health.
