FERNANDES, Cláudia; COTRIM, Teresa  e  PEREIRA, Anabela. Assessement and promotion of psychosocial health at work: integrated management systems. Psic., Saúde & Doenças [online]. 2022, vol.23, n.2, pp.544-550.  Epub 30-Set-2022. ISSN 1645-0086.  https://doi.org/10.15309/22psd230225.

Exposure to psychosocial risk factors in working environments is increasingly experienced by workers, given the pressure to respond to work demands, the personal resources available and the ever-changing global context. This makes psychosocial diagnosis and intervention urgent, in a systemic, systematic and reasoned way, in order to promote healthy, inclusive and sustainable work environments. The use of psychosocial risk management methodologies that can be integrated into practices becomes an added value for both organisations and workers, enhancing interventions and their impact. The use of international normative references allows the rationale and design of psychosocial risks management systems to be integrated and aligned with other management systems. It allows the use of a known lexicon, combined with an approach already tested and implemented in other areas, such as quality management (ISO 9001; ISO 17025) or health and safety management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 45003). The main objective of this work is to present, systematise and discuss a methodology for the management, assessment and promotion of occupational health based on psychosocial risk management, founded on practice and on management models based on normative references.
