It is exploratory, descriptive research, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, with the technological production of an application in the first stage of the study, including the storage of alcohol consumption data, data regarding the emotions that the individual has experienced, and information related to the hangover and possible mitigation measures. AUDIT and a sociodemographic questionnaire were used to collect data. For the second phase of the collection, the participants registered the consumption and evaluation data of the application in the application itself. Regarding the evaluation of the application, all responses provided were positive, as well as qualitative evaluations.
