The objective was to develop an application to track and record the alcohol intake, the hangover related to consumption and the possible consequences, and to describe and analyze the evaluation carried out by the students regarding the interface, usability, practicality, and applicability of the application. It is exploratory, descriptive research, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, with the technological production of an application in the first stage of the study, including the storage of alcohol consumption data, data regarding the emotions that the individual has experienced, and information related to the hangover and possible mitigation measures. AUDIT and a sociodemographic questionnaire were used to collect data. For the second phase of the collection, the participants registered the consumption and evaluation data of the application in the application itself. Regarding the evaluation of the application, all responses provided were positive, as well as qualitative evaluations. Results showed that among the sample, there is a prevalence of binge drinking and extreme binge drinking, which exposes the individual to violence and situations of vulnerability, impairment of studies, and personal life. Based on the application users' evaluation, we found approval in terms of applicability, ease of use, interface, and practicality.
