The prenatal care on the Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) initiates several assistance exercices on promotion and protection of health, with approximation between users and team. It is our objective to map the scientific production about technology used on prenatal care which helps producing affection between the professionals and users of ESF. This is a bibliographical study with qualitative approach and integrative review of literature. The database used were: Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), U.S. National Library of Medicine and the National Institutes Health (PubMed), ScienceDirect e Cochrane. It was highlited the technology that promoted autonomy, the mutual engagement, the bond and production of affection between the workers and the users of ESF; involvement of the father figure during the prenatal care; creation of pregnant educational groups; production and application of assistance protocols; ease on the access and reception on the process of the prenatal care; and the use of neonatal screening exams and informational apps to guide the inherent decision on the gravid puerperal cycle. In conclusion, the usage of affective technology in all its forms is one of the main measures to the promotion of the quality in prenatal care, bringing greater involvement of women on the perinatal care, reflecting directly on better accession to assistance, bond, autonomy, trust, involvement and production of affection between workers and users of ESF.
