The present article has the aim to demonstrate the possibility of using the organizational intangible assets to obtain better results in the organizational efficiency as a competitiveness advantage. As a result, the identification of the internal intangible assets through exploitation research of the subject is proposed, enumerating elements that can be used as a leverage for the management of these assets, supposing that by obtaining the effective identification of the intangible asset’s contribution in the manufacture context, we obtain the operational efficiency’s index in a way that it can take out the better performance of the activities of goods and services change.
