Nowadays, social and health systems are facing new and ambitious challenges. This exploratory work identifies and analyses concepts and strategic tools supporting integrated care organization model actually being discussed and implemented in Europe. The main purpose is to argue about the application of management concepts, methodologies and tools to these new ways of being and acting in health systems.
