This text had two objectives: to explore how perception of success leadership depends on female versus male leaders; and to know what is the leadership style adopted by the female leader. 80 participants answered the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. As far as the first goal was concerned, no differences were found between success of male leaders and success of female leaders. With regards to the second goal, there were no differences between leadership style (transformational vs transactional) and gender, which goes against some of the literature in the area.
