In a time of particularly intense competition, outsourcing of information systems (IS) is becoming increasingly an important component in strategic decision making and an important way to increase efficiency and quality in the various business activities, seen by many managers as an influential and powerful tool for organizational change (Ferfusson, 1996), bringing a new life to the organization and to the procedural chain of the company. The purpose of this article is precisely emphasize the real value of this modern strategic management tool, showing that the leverage of information technologies management (ITM) when combined with the outsourcing are in fact a virtual inevitability that tends to gain each time more space in the business environment, being able this ample vision of business to promote creativity and dynamism in the operations of the organizations in the same line of what is being done at this level by the banking sector.
