Abstract

Considering the importance of cooperative strategies, this paper aims to present and discuss the concept and the formation process of alliance capabilities. These capacities optimize the management of cooperative agreements, and have been considered critical to their success. Thereby, it will be presented the recent advances in the network literature regarding to this subject and, from this drawing, it will be discussed the main items that have punctuated the debate.
