Considering the emphasis that the organizational justice has been developing since the 1960s, this article explores the relationship of this issue to health through a bibliometrics research in the Scopus database. 59 studies were found, with 22 possible accesses. It was verified the importance of perceptions of organizational justice for workers and their impact on organizations, because the sense of injustice leads to imbalances in the performance of organizational work activities of employees. The correlation with health consequences presented as insomnia, stress, emotional imbalances until clearing or adjustments as smoking and alcoholism as an attempt to restore emotional balance. Inadequate treatment of distributions, policies, processes, treatment, and management by the organizational management may result in impacts on health of employees of these organizations directly influencing organizational outcomes.
