Abstract

PEREZ, Rafael García. European Union Global Strategy: pragmatism and possibilism. Relações Internacionais [online]. 2017, n.53, pp.71-81. ISSN 1645-9199.  https://doi.org/10.23906/ri2017.53a06.

The EU Global Strategy is a document with limited ambitions, adjusted to the current international context, without declarations of principles and mainly action‑oriented. It offers to the CSFP an undoubtedly doctrinal impulse, but neither it gathers the necessary political support nor it defines a European strategic thinking.

Keywords : European Union; Global Strategy; European security; Common Security and Defense Policy.
