Abstract

CAMPOS, Rui. Ecological civilization: China and sustainability. Relações Internacionais [online]. 2021, n.72, pp.113-126.  Epub Dec 31, 2021. ISSN 1645-9199.  https://doi.org/10.23906/ri2021.72a07.

Ecological civilization - a concept for sustainable development - is new. Initially thought of as an internal policy, it has gained some international relevance. It is in this context that we intend to understand whether China is preparing to lead the fight against climate change or whether it only wants to increase its international influence.

Keywords : sustainability; ecology; China; ecological civilization.
