This paper presents the phenomena of women discrimination in management giving a special attention to the consequences of gender and managerial stereotypes in their lives and in the policies and practices of most organizations.Despite the growing number of women in management during the last decades, its possible concludes that good manager or leader is still perceived as predominantly masculine. Take into account this social and organizational adverse context, this paper also analyse the gender management strategies used by women to integrate corporate cultures.
