Communicate is not to transmit a message to another person, group or organization. Communicate is to ensure that the receptors have received and comprised the message, treat , to carry to each sector of the same (organization), the idea of what pretend attain, without that this mean, aperture of the objective and development traced. The importance, of this process, aims to coordinate and recognize the stages virtuosi’s of building of decisions, that imparadise in a process of effective and timely communication, serve to answer to the initial functions of the organization, but besides, to answer and connect with the surroundings or market. The communication like system of operation and relation inside a society, can understand like the base of development and efficiencies that this (organization), will be able to reproduction to level of system of connections that operate inside a main system.
