The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relationship between flexibility and strength of the hip, knee and ankle joints of CrossFit® practitioners. We investigated 16 individuals of both sexes who practice CrossFit® in two boxes located in the city of Fortaleza, in the State of Ceará. It was observed that 18.75% of the total sample had a classification referring to the flexibility presented as small. The research verified and identified that, good flexibility influences the performance of maximum strength in CrossFit® practitioners of the sample group.
