The authors presente a case of entrapment of flexor hallucis longus tendon after a fracture of the tibia and perónio. The patient was treated by tenolysis and tendon lengthening. The aim of this article is to report the etiology of a checkrein deformity, describe its method of treatment, and provide a revision about this condition published in the literature.
