The gluteal tendinitis are frequent conditions observed every day in orthopedic consultations, most of them are clinically diagnosed by the painful palpation of the side of the hip, a subjective diagnose. Describing a clinical test for the inflammation of the gluteal tendons can improve diagnosis direction and present new semiotic possibilities to evaluate the therapeutic results of this pathology.
