The authors present a rare case of recurrent Diffuse Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis, located in the knee, in a young female patient that serious effect on daily activities. A locally aggressive treatment was performed, with total replacement of the knee joint using revision components. A good clinical and functional outcome was achieved.
