BUCHMANN, Willy    ZARA-MEYLAN, Valérie. The role of professional experience at the articulation of sustainable prevention for the environment and the work: Examples from two evolving sectors, landscape maintenance and horticulture. []. , 19, 1, e20434.   01--2023. ISSN 1646-5237.  https://doi.org/10.4000/laboreal.20434.

Based on two ergonomic studies, one in the horticulture sector and the other in the maintenance of green spaces, the authors analyse the role of experience to reflect on sustainable development, linking environmental preservation, working conditions and occupational health prevention. Production or service sustainability issues are also included. In both cases, issues of sustainability of changes and prevention led to the use of experience as a major resource at different levels - consideration, action and decision-making - to help organisational arbitration and strategic orientations with regard to sectoral developments. In conclusion, the two studies show how experience can be a resource in contexts of change, in particular to anticipate feared configurations, or to think about the future of work by articulating labor and environmental issues.
