This work moves a step beyond the integration of qualitative methods of research and quantitative techniques analysing Focus groups from a multivariate perspective with the support of the HJ-Biplot. A methodological proposition that combines qualitative codification with a new mathematical characterization value in the matrix creation. The proposition is applied to the study of the representations in the discourse of the Quality of life of pathological gamblers.
