Presence of holes in Brazilian highways is an existing problem and it is aggravated by the absence of continuous and inefficient maintenance. This work propose a system aimed to collect data from potential holes and making them available in a web application, using a embedded module in a car and another module hosted in cloud. This system makes use of boards, sensors and applications to collect data from potential holes, store data locally and then send it to a web service RESTful hosted in cloud. To validate the system tests were performed simulating some possible scenarios which the system can be submitted. The results demonstrated the feasibility of using the system in the road maintenance plans and in the improvement of the quality of our roads, making them comfortable for its users.
