In recent years, the emergence and expansion of technological innovations, such as chatbots, has led to the formation of new work areas of jobs and / or new professional profiles. In this sense, the present research aimed to analyze the phenomenon of chatbots curation, for which 10 semi-structured interviews were conducted with professionals experienced in the development and chatbots curatorship. The results were organized in three sections: 1) the conceptualization of chatbots curation, 2) strategies used and 3) performance indicators. Finally, the main conclusions of the study are summarize, it is discuss the relevance of chatbots improvement and possible lines of research.
