Considering the use of crack as a challenge to public health context and further, the network of care for users of psychoactive substances, it emphasizes the speed of the destruction of mental life, organic and social conditions. In this sense, it is observed that often there is a loss of enchantment - which brings meaning to people's lives - on various issues from the daily use of crack. Thus, this article aims to reflect on the context of crack use, from the possibility of (re) enchantment by users. It is considered critical analysis and review the epidemiology of the consumption of crack and biological, social and psychological of these individuals, since for there to be (re) enchantmentis to think of an individual context, as proposed by Lescher. We also described the political actions from laws, decrees and orders, made ​​in order to constitute in advance for network of care for users, so that it is effective and quality to the user. It was found that the (re) enchantment is possible since the proposed issues to be considered as the motivation of crack users, the holistic treatment, individual and multidisciplinary, based on principles such as the expression of empathy and bonding with the construction of alliance therapeutic and reflective listening performed by professionals. Moreover, considering that there is often little motivation and adherence to treatment, it is essential to joint health network, social networking and family, besides the active search for these users to facilitate access to services. And yet, should be considered strategies of (re) enchantment as investments in education, leisure, employment and culture.
