Abstract

BRACHER, Andréa. Kenji Ota: a look into the materiality of historical photographic processes. Estúdio [online]. 2012, vol.3, n.5, pp.50-54. ISSN 1647-6158.

This article discusses the work of Brazilian artist Kenji Ota, who in his master degree, sought, through historical photographic processes explore and deepen procedural issues related to the materiality of the photographic image. From writings about his photographic works observe the unconventional, the exploitation of chemical reactions, giving unique character to his work.
