Abstract

STRATICO, Fernando A.. The relation body/object and the poetic speech on Lygia Clark work. Estúdio [online]. 2012, vol.3, n.5, pp.142-147. ISSN 1647-6158.

This paper presents an analysis on the relationship between the body and the object of Lygia Clark´s propositions. As support material we take Clark´s own texts, and also the concept of hyperreality developed by Baudrillard, in order to demonstrate that the object, by its intrinsic qualities, is the generating centre of physical and psychical states which awaken the act - the bodily action - and the encounter with the other.

Keywords : Lygia Clark; Propositions; Hyperreality.
