Marina Abramović, in 1974, presents Rhythm 0, performance in that is subjects all violence types. This article has for objective to investigate the dimensions of a body presumed guilty and, for so much, refers to the concept of homo sacer of Agamben - figure of the right archaic roman bearer of the nude life, sacred life - whose particularity is due to a double character: cannot be sacrificed yet may, nevertheless, be killed.
