In 1984, the Angolan painter Victor Teixeira (Viteix), publishes in Paris the "Cahier de linoleum", which brings together more than two dozen prints on linoleum. Altogether these images cover issues ranging from historical events that marked the last years of colonial rule to daily episodes where plastic experimentation comes associated with reflection on cultural identity.
