QUEIROZ, João Paulo. Propositions for the centre of the world: the paintings of Ilídio Salteiro. Estúdio [online]. 2013, vol.4, n.8, pp.310-319. ISSN 1647-6158.

Ilídio Salteiro presented, on the 32 rooms of the military museum in Lisbon, a rescue exhibition. His corpus of more than a hundred paintings, prepared between 2007 and 2013, is an interpretation proposition of the global landscape, witch encompasses us all, included, represented, and safe kept. On the context of this exhibition, entitled "The centre of the world," the dialectic of representation and substitution is revisited, under the theme of landscape.
