Abstract

SERRANO LEON, David. Antonio López García: a new spatial conception of realism. Estúdio [online]. 2015, vol.6, n.11, pp.104-111. ISSN 1647-6158.

Following the pictorial chronology of the work of Antonio López, it is clear that he begins with the orthodox system he learnt in Fine Arts, he then goes on to develop the leaning picture and finally implements the spherical perspective. These formal changes are due to the longitudinal transcriptions of the real elements, together with great intuition, since the artists lacked theoretical knowledge of spatial systems.

Keywords : Realism; painting; drawing; perspective; geometry.
