Abstract

FAZZOLARI, Claudia. Márcia Beatriz and/or Jaque Jolene: living in dramatic interlude. Estúdio [online]. 2015, vol.6, n.12, pp.63-69. ISSN 1647-6158.

The project of creation of the artist Márcia Beatriz Granero presents to the public the itinerary of an intimate journey, sometimes almost an autobiographical account. Project created to establish a confrontation between personalities of a possible heteronym artist, each work highlights stocks of a single woman, Jaque Jolene. Marcia Beatriz is a Brazilian multimedia artist who stands out by the inventiveness of her video performances, with works in Images contre Nature, International Festival of Vidéo Experimentale, Marseille, France; and in the latest edition of Temporada of Paço das Artes in São Paulo. Here we propose a critical reading of the itinerary of recent creations of Márcia Beatriz Granero.

Keywords : performance; contemporary art; heteronym.
