What's the role of creativity in Catalan chef Ferran Adrià's creative dynamics? Can his creative process offer a vision built by design and design methods? This article tries to understand Adrià's creative approach which started a revolution in haute cuisine, fuelled by the creative process (concerning the conception, execution and consumption of his work), which combines scientific thinking with a strong artistic dimension in the creation of dishes and the whole experience's planning.
