Abstract

This article presents some approaches on the production of the Brazilian visual artist Elke Coelho, privileging the writing and the images coming from her creation process. Coelho´s text highlights her voice that emerges from her own process. This analysis seeks to identify some recurrences that appear in his works and episodes of her life, such as ideas related to collection, repetition, accumulation, ordering, large quantities, infinity, wound, white color, as well as the horizon line are present and are these elements that our gaze sought to emphasize.
