Del LaGrace Volcano, a visual artist and cultural producer, acts on sociological issues derived from meta-normative behavior that regulates definitions such as 'gender', 'transgender' or 'intersexual', allowing an interpretative discourse that goes beyond the bio-social polarity to the male and female. Volcano's work interfere effectively with heteronormative and queer readings, allowing different meanings in this domain.
