This article intends to observe how Marisa Benjamim proposes new sensorial experiences, rethinking the use of flowers in food, considering their social, cultural and anthropological aspects, but also their artistic and aesthetic potential. Through her performances and edible art installations, the artist reflects on the restrictions and conventions of the modern Western diet; questioning the Man/Nature relationship and the individual freedom of choice.
