This article presents the animated feature film City of Pirates (2018), by Brazilian Otto Guerra, as a result of a mixed set of data from a society political, economic, cultural and social. Some particular and collective situations are presented as they are represented in the work. In this sense, the analyses were made according to the studies of Jean Duvignaud, and through the author’s information through interviews, direct and social communication.
