This work attempts an approach to some pieces by the Argentine artist Ana Gallardo in which furniture and objects of regular use in the domestic space appear defunctionalized, to refer to fragments of her own biography. The poetic-performative strategies that make up the distinctive feature of Gallardo's ways of doing are emphasized, which operate in these productions as healing and claim of personal memory exercises.
