Territorial governance is a broad concept that has been used in multiple situations and application objects and the specific contours and scope of its adoption deserves to be studied from a practical standpoint, in order to know better the understandings, the specific contours and scope of its adoption. This study analyzed its use in the instruments of regional territorial development.
