In the international discussion on the globalization process dominates the economical slope, from which the integration is linked in the world-wide economy, the elimination of commercial barriers and the permission for the interaction freedom. The legitimacy of these conceptions consolidate the capitalist power and drives the process of urbanization. In the last decades, this process besides fulfilling a crucial paper in the absorption of excesses of capitals, as advocated by Harvey (2010; 2012), it has been contributing, equally, so that the construction of the urban space is an integrant part of the dynamic of accumulation of capital, not only in function of the changes of the movements of the capital in the territories, but fundamentally for the urban planning and economical potentialities caused by these flows of investment.
