Resumen

CARLOS, Vânia; POMBO, Lúcia  y  LOUREIRO, Maria João. ICT pedagogical integration in the context of an Edulab: reflection and systematisation of guiding principles leading to good practices (the AGIRE project). Invest. Práticas [online]. 2018, vol.8, n.1, pp.22-41. ISSN 2182-1372.  https://doi.org/10.25757/invep.v8i1.150.

The AGIRE project (Apoio à Gestão Integrada da Rede Escolar), resulting from a partnership between the University of Aveiro, companies linked to teaching and learning (e-xample consortium), and Gafanha da Nazaré School Grouping, implemented the Edulab concept, which aims to adopt innovative pedagogical practices and promote the digital literacy of teachers (and students). For that, a teacher training was implemented during a school year with 13 teachers. As a qualitative study, several data collection instruments were applied, revealing: i) that the positioning with regard to the integration of ICT in pedagogical practice, changed from adoption to adaptation, according to the TIM matrix categories; ii) that the available technologies have transformed classes into more dynamic, effective and motivating sessions and contributed to active and meaningful learning (according to the SWOT analysis); and iii) principles of good practice, such as implementing diverse teaching and assessment strategies using digital educational resources.

Palabras clave : Edulabs; ICT pedagogical integration; Teacher professional development; Reflective practice; Best practices.
