The world is having a unique experience, never seen before, in the face of the COVID-19 pan-demic. In this context, online education, as an emergency modality, has been explored. The present work aims to verify the ICT conditions by the students of Higher Education, in Angola. The methodology of this investigation is a non-experimental plan. For data collection, the fol-lowing techniques were adopted: document analysis, indirect observation and questionnaire survey. The research question was defined: what are the ICT conditions of students for access to online education in a time of pandemic? It was found that most students have available technological resources connected to the internet - with reduced bandwidth -, namely com-puter, smartphone and tablet. The results also show that there is a considerable number of students who do not have ICT equipment connected to the internet.
