"Anti-cancer, A new way of life", is a worldwide bestseller by David Servan-Schreiber. Neuropsychiatrist and medical researcher, his work reveals the latest discoveries for the prevention and treatment of cancer, describes the confrontation he had with cancer and how he overcame it, combining traditional medicine with a new way of living. Through affirmative scientifically proven results, argues that through a healthy lifestyle, we can increase our natural defenses and prevent cancer or improving the effectiveness of treatment and prolong life. It is up to each one of us intervene in four key areas: protect ourselves against environmental imbalances, adjust our diets, overturning psychological barriers and create a different relationship with our body.
