In this article, we place the critical perspective of educational technology through two examples developed at the National University of Luján (UNLu) of the Argentine Republic: a case of research and one of teaching. The analytical integration of these two activities constitutes a kind of testimony of how university actions were developed in the atypical context of the pandemic, with its lights, shadows, and possible legacy.
